Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• You were charged, but no report was delivered
• A technical issue on our side prevented delivery

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of payment via WhatsApp or email. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
